WELCOME TO [info]diabla_icons!


This is Vanessa's ([info]diablamala) icon/graphics journal. Mainly icons will be made here. Occasionally LJ/MySpace layouts will be featured here as well. I'll admit, I never really had much of a passion for graphics until two years ago, in 2004, but now that I have the passion. I'm going to utilize the skills. So, here are the few, simple, and basic rules. :D

01. Comments = Love. Comment if you're taking any icons made in a post or to leave creative criticism. How can I get better unless I know what to do or what not to do?
02. When taking an icon, SAVE IT TO YOUR OWN SERVER. DO NOT DIRECT LINK.
03. Credit [info]diabla_icons in your icon keywords. NOT [info]diablamala.
04. To keep an update of when I post an icon batch, friend the journal. It's public, so you don't need to worry about missing any icon posts.

Here's all of the brushes/textures/gradients/images I use when making my icons, banners, layouts, etc etc. Take note, I didn't keep track of ALL of the brushes/gradients/textures I've downloaded so if you recognise any of your works on my icons, then let me know. I'll add you to the post. Thanks!
